April Acts of Remembrance 2022

We will be marking the 23rd anniversaries of the London Nail Bomb attacks on Brixton (17th), Brick Lane (24th) and Soho (30th) this month (April 2022).

Representatives from the local authorities (Government, Greater London Authority, Councils and Police) gathered outside St Anne’s Church, Dean Street entrance with April Acts of Remembrance organiser – Mark Healey (hi-vis top left)

The last time we gathered in person was April 2019, when we marked the 20th anniversaries of these awful events. The last two anniversaries held in 2020 and 2021 were held online – so we are glad to be returning to in-person gatherings.

You don’t need to registered but it would be helpful if you do – so we have an idea of how many people are planning to join us.

We can’t eliminate the possibility of catching covid, but we can work together to reduce the risks. Please consider taking a lateral flow test before attending, and where possible minimise in-person social contact 48 hours beforehand.

We are also looking for volunteers to help steward these events – contact mark@17-24-30.org if you can help us.
