We are highlighting the Switchboard LGBT+ Helpline as we believe it is important to signpost a service which is there from 10 am to 10 pm, 365 days of the year, run by LGBT+ volunteers for the benefit of the LGBT+ community.
If you need someone to talk to, call the Switchboard, they are wonderful people and can signpost you to other groups and services as well.

Regard – the UK’s national LGBT Disabled People’s Organisation.
Rise Mutual CIC – deliver behaviour change interventions for local authorities including Brent and Barnet. We primarily work with people who have been abusive in intimate relationships who are motivated to make changes and alongside this we provide an advocacy, advice and signposting service for victims. We offer a programme called Respectful Partnerships to men in same sex relationships and a programme for lesbian/bi women called FADA (Female Awareness of Domestic Abuse).
